Gerry Wilson Manha was gracious enough to share this photo of Jim
and Marcia Watts Harville on their 50th. wedding anniversary taken
last year. Marcia wants everyone to know that she wished so much to
be able to attend the Class Reunion and Mini Reunion but distance kept her
in sunny Florida.

They're coming, but not yet! Photos from the cocktail party, the reunion, the breakfast
and those taken by the professional photographer will be placed here as soon as I
can select, crop, add captions, and write the hypertext markup language so they can
be placed on our website. Keep checking back periodically to enjoy these photos.
I've had a chance to preview some of them and they are fabulous!

The Reunion Committee is putting the final touch on Reunion happenings. There will
be a no-host cocktail party at the Livermore Hilton on Friday evening October 13th
from 7pm until 10pm out on the patio. And of course the Reunion will be held on
Saturday October 14th at Beeb's Sports Bar and Grill at the Livermore Airport starting
at 6pm. Dinner will be served and disposable cameras will be provided at each table
so memorable photos can be taken to record the evening's festivities. And a final
get-together will be held at a breakfast on Sunday October 15th again at Beeb's
Sports Bar and Grill. So let's all try and make this the most memorable reunion ever.
And let's not forget all the hard work and dedication the Reunion Committee has expended
in making this 50th Reunion a success.
Phyllis Taylor Dimick recently sent me a photo taken in West Virginia of her and Lloyd's 50th wedding anniversary. Phyllis was so looking forward to attending our 50th Reunion but sadly she broke her hip last spring and won't be able to attend. However, she wants me to convey to all "please give my best wishes to everyone" and "God Bless you all and have fun.".
And here is their 50th wedding anniversary photo. They both look absolutely great!!

Discusssions are underway for a combined class reunion for 1954, 1955, 1956.

REUNION PLANNING MEETING!

Dear Classmates,
The 50th. class reunion planning meeting, held on Sunday July 31 at Gerry Wilson Manha's home in Livermore, was a success! Attending were hostess Gerry, Tom Atkinson, Carolyn Wattenburger Thornton, Carol Mooney Newman, Doris Phillips DeLoach and Janice Worth Weidhaas. A tentative date of Saturday October 14, 2006 has been set and Beeb's Sports Bar and Grill at the Los Positas Golf Course near the Livermore airport has been tentatively chosen as the reunion location. Pictures of the committee and Beeb's are shown below. The committee is still looking for help. So if you can spare some time and wish to lend a hand, contact Gerry at the following address:
